Prior to starting my business, I was an Instructor for the Culinary Arts Program at Asheville-Buncombe Community College for over seven years. In that time I learned to fully appreciate the need for a fun and relaxed teaching environment in the kitchen.


I have held several community based Continuing Education classes providing simple instruction to those interested in learning more about knife skills, basic cooking tecniques, nutrition, food science, baking and many other food related topics.


Small scale group cooking lessons are always a fun time! Learn together with your friends and share the experience in the privacy of your own home.
